Secrets of Egypt / Israel Natural Gas Treaty ... An Insight Into the Art of Looting Egypt

How To Hide $3.5 Billion Dollars in a Safe,
Secure, Untraceable, Attractive & Colorful
High Yielding Certificates Guaranteed
By the Mighty United States Government

The Art of Looting Egypt

The official UAE  News Agency has reported that Hussein Salem, currently in Geneva Switzerland, had left Cairo on board of a private business jet headed first to   Dubai,  where he stopped to refuel on his way to Switzerland … This, however, does not make any sense.  A jet makes as much sense flying to Switzerland from Cairo via Dubai to refuel as a space shuttle flying to the moon by penetrating the Earth because the moon is on the other side of the planet.

The Dubai information, which was circulated in all the UAE Dailies,  explained that customs officials at Dubai airport searched the 24 seat private jet and discovered a huge Electronically controlled safe containing a large amount of foreign exchange valued at one and a half billion U.S. dollars.

They added that the safe that can only be opened with a voice acoustic-print contained US Treasury bills in the $100,000 denomination. Each bundle containing 100 certificates making the value of each bundle 30 million US dollars.

It is worth noting that US Treasury certificates, much like convertible Currency, are valid for circulation in all banks and financial institutions of the world and are negotiable upon demand and presentation. The certificates, much like currency are non-traceable because their serial numbers are not registered upon change of hands.

All US news sources ridiculed the instructions claimed to have been issued by the Government of the UAE civil aviation authorities at various national airports required the inspection of all aircrafts belonging to Egyptian and Tunisian prominent personalities, fearing for smuggling money or gold bars, as did the family of Tunisian deposed President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.

All US news media, ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox noted that once Mr. Salem’s Private jet landed at the airport, a privately operated truck (Lorry) approached the airport runway in preparation for the transfer of the safe internally. It appears, Mr. Salem had intended to stay in Dubai, noting that he was politely requested to leave after negotiations with the UAE authorities and depositing a large portion of the cash in local banks under undeclared names.

Both US and UAE newspapers revealed that customs officers had notified the appropriate authorities in the UAE, of the discovery of the huge stash of money before aviation authorities permitted the plane to refuel and resume flight to any destination of Mr. Salem’s choice. The Jet headed for Switzerland. It appeared that after a telephone call between persons on the highest executive levels in both Egypt and UAE, an order was issued to allow Mr. Salem to leave for Switzerland after depositing a large portion of the cache in Dubai while the balance stayed in the safe aboard the executive jet.

Analysts of current affairs on NBC have described this action having been decided after high level communication with Egyptian executive offices and highest military and general intelligence officers. The analysts went as far as asserting that Mr. Salem was merely a carrier and the stash of money smuggled out of Egypt in this manner could not have been his alone. It is evident that someone at the highest possible executive level in Egypt was sending Mr. Salem to deposit the money in a Dubai Bank account and officers on the highest intelligence levels in Egypt were following closely with instructions to their UAE counterparts.

While ABC stopped at this point, CBS through their DC bureau chief said Egypt's military and General intelligence were all the way deep in this. CBS bureau chief further commented that sources in State, on condition of anonymity, had told him that the smuggled stash of money was allowed to be smuggled under Egypt's military intelligence care for a handsome largess paid in advance and arranged by one Larry Silverstein; a prominent US lawyer managing the Mubarak's family fortune abroad.

On a different note, the Dubai sources have learnt that Sheikh Sultan’s decision to deny prominent Egyptians fleeing to the emirates entry into the land was behind suspending the Cairo to Sharjah Air-Route which, the sources said, the Governor of Sharjah requested for tightening up the measures set forth to prevent any smuggling operations expected by corrupt officials and business men close to the regime of President Hosni Mubarak.

The sources expressed their surprise at the inexplicable modification that Egypt Air has made to its air route Cairo – Dubai where, now, their planes head first to land in Tripoli and Benghazi in Libya before taking off again to Dubai. Dubai sources have interpreted this change in the context that somebody in the highest national executive level has ordered Egypt airlines to operate unexplained flights to unknown destinations for not well understood reasons.

Of note, the discovery of the secret addendum to the natural Gas treaty has confirmed what had always been suspected. There was an undisclosed deal to  legitimize  profiteering off of vital export which touches people's bread and butter.  The deposed dictator and his  corrupt inner circle of thieving cronies dipped their hands in the pockets of every man, woman and child in Egypt.

The addendum, now a public document, revealed that the ousted dictator had ordered his close crony Samih Fahhmy;  minister of oil, to preclude any public sector operative from  Egypt's natural gas export, and establish a privately owned holding company (EGAS) to be the exclusive trader in Egyptian Natural Gas internally and externally.

Salem, an old crony of the Mubaraks with criminal records both in the United States and France was handed the sweetheart deal as Principle Owner/CEO of an Export holding company to buy Egypt's Natural Gas from EGAS and resell it to Israel.

With a 68% ownership, he became the sole charge' and agent for exporting natural gas to Israel. The treaty also named him sole Egyptian agent to oversee the transactions of deliveries and payments of all export operations with Israel.... The Details have revealed that this was a conspiracy to legalize the Loot in the form of obscene commissions)

Salem took in an Israeli partner, a former MOSSAD agent by the name of Yusuf Maiman whose company, Merhaf, was agent for the Israeli government; ostensibly, corruption was on both sides of the borders, which, is not surprising given the enormous and obscene opportunity for  criminal profiteering through skimming off the top.

The treaty, though signed by Samih Fahhmy in the presence of Prime Minister Nazhif; another serpent head for corruption, representing the Egyptian government, is empowering and granting permits for the franchise of exporting Egypt's Natural Gas to Salem's holding company and an Israeli import company represented by Salem's Partner. The treaty does not name the sales price to Mr. Salem's  and regulates the actual export transaction prices at a markup that had been kept secret.

The treaty defines the price using BTU as cost per million. The price is fixed for 30 years at $1.5 per Million BTU (1.5 Dollars US.) The treaty has many formidable clauses prohibiting the Egyptian Government from effecting any changes in terms, prices, details or conditions of all transactions under any circumstances for its entire duration of 30 years (15 years subject to renewal for 15 more by the buyer at buyer's discretion and at the same terms and conditions.) However, it allows for periodic reviews of the resale prices by the Salem / Maiman Company to Israel, thereby guaranteeing future exorbitant profiteering at Egypt's expenses.

The Million BTU cost per, had been determined based on a previous formula for the Egypt/Spain Natural Gas Export treaty, which had since been cancelled for reasons both technical and economic. The prices for the defunct Spanish Treaty, however, had been determined on FOB basis at a time where natural Gas prices were less than one fifth of the market prices at the time of signing the treaty with Israel.

It is crucial to remember that the treaty spells out the cost at which Mr. Salem and his Israeli Partner sell the gas to Israel, and does not touch in any manner whatsoever the price at which, they purchase it from Egypt. A fact that had been kept secret until the documents were made public.  The Charlatan partners purchase the product from Egypt for 70 cents ($0.7 US)

This translates into the fact that Mr. Salem purchases the commodity from the Egyptian Government at a very low price (Less than one fifth of Market prices at the time of signing the treaty) then resells it to Israel at more than 100% markup but still way below world market prices so that his partner makes a profit too on commission from the Israeli government.

This 100% markup makes for obscene profiteering. In 2008, the Salem / Maiman holding company exercised its price review prerogative and raised the selling price to Israel two fold to $3.00 per million BTU.

This cannot have any definition other than Looting the bread of the people. Israel admits that the treaty saves its treasury over $10 Billion US Dollars  as a result of the extremely favorable terms.  Egyptian treasury, on the other hand, looses $4 billion  after all illegal commissions and theft have been deducted out of the $10 Billion  price difference losses.

This amount of loss is based  on current price difference ratio, but can go as high as anyone can imagine, depending on how high Oil prices will increase. The markup however raises the Specter of inconceivable degree of corruption and criminal profiteering at the highest executive level in Egypt.

This is an astounding revelation! A Nation with one fifth of its total population is estimated to live below poverty line. The same nation has a criminal, almost subhuman, president living a life that the Russian Czar could not have dreamt. His entourage is comprised of characters out of a Bolshevik Tatar tales of highway men and robbers sucking the treasury dry in broad day light, and protected by custom made laws that provided total immunity from public lynching given the magnitude of the crimes they committed.

Out of the markup, Salem gets 10% of the Total Sales, Which boils down to approximately (30% of the Total Profits.) Gamal Mubarak Gets 5% of the Total Sales, and Alaa Mubarak gets 2.5% of the Total sales. The remainder can be easily speculated to be shared  by unnamed  Mubarak's family members and Minister of Petroleum Samih Fahhmy.

While  reliable State Security wire tappings confirm all this almost verbatim, the mathematics do not add up, and the wire tapping is cleansed of any mention of the Mubarak the father and the mother.

Note that the commissions are based on Total transactions amounts not price mark up, and are skimmed off the hidden markup in the selling price. The body of the treaty is silent on this issue, but the commissions were explained in the  addendum and deducted from receipts before going to the treasury.

Ostensibly, their legal experts advised this method of theft for the  percentages diverted to the crooks to be defined as revenues deducted from the Total Sales and is  covered by the obscene 100%  (400% After 2008) markup. While the addendum refers only to guaranteed prices to Israel.  Other terms and conditions, clearly defined, had to be entered into the document with the agreement of the Israeli government.

The question now is not who the main beneficiary of this sweetheart deal is? We know who the main beneficiary is because all the evidences that have been revealed point out only to three persons at the highest echelon of the Egyptian president's family.

Undoubtedly the Mubarak’s family was making a large portion of its Loot of Egypt out of this treaty by splitting the obscene profits between active and passive mafia members.

Mubarak the Mother is also linked to another  great theft of Egypt's treasures. This time, it is ancient antiquities. Charges are being investigated for her theft of $2 Billion US Dollars of ancient artifacts sold to an Arab Bedouin Shaikh.

The fact that only the two Mubarak's sons + Hussein Salem are the only beneficiaries mentioned in the Addendum should not preclude Mubarak the Father and the Mother, as well as Minister of Petroleum Samih Fahhmy. They must have also been recipients of the unnamed remainder of the Loot ... Mathematics do not lie!

Mr. Salem is known to have accumulated Billions of Dollars out of this grand theft and racketeering on only 30% of the profits. The two younger Mubarak's also receive 7.5% between them (25% of the profits). It does not take rocket-science caliber of brain power to figure out that the two elder Mubaraks along with Samih Fahhmy were sharing (45% of the profits.)

It is worth noting that Mr. Salem, by presidential decree, had  no government oversight over his operations and reported only to both Mr. Mubarak the father and the son.

Sensing something in the air, Hussein Salem sold his interest in the company to a Thailand concern for an untold price.  Auspiciously, the Israeli partner, following Mr. Salem's  elope with the Loot, sold all his interest in his company to the Israeli government. Nobody knows his whereabouts now.

Most surprising is the silence with which the Military Supreme Council has dealt with this revelation. Obviously there are experienced lawyers who have reviewed the treaty and its addendum for legal advice. It would not be problematic for Egypt, now that the extent of conspiracy has seen day light, to put an end to the corruption and cancel the treaty. But more likely, modifying prices to match world market prices appear to be a better legal option for Egypt.

But no matter what the outcome will be, the Israelis cannot count on getting the Egyptian natural gas, if resumed, any cheaper than market prices. Given Egypt's increasing needs of the commodity, it is doubtful that the Israelis would be given priority over local needs. The Surplus would be the only portion subject to export to the Zionist Entity.

Meanwhile, The Deposed dictator's thieving family who is believed to have made at least $40 Billion US Dollars  over the past 30 years out of Looting Egyptian Children's bread, including  the natural gas racket, may have smuggled every penny of their Loot out of Egypt.

Only time will tell whether Egypt the Revolution will be able to recover the Looted Bread  that the Old Crone, Her Mummified Husband and their Two Diapered Nannooses have snatched out of the mouths of Egypt's Hungry Children.

Of The Pharaohs, There Was the Great, The Humble, The Pathetic and the Decrepit

Cursory Reading into the

Nature of Pharaohnism

There is an ugly tone of Crowism reverberating here and there preposterously echoing calls for restoring the name and history of the malodorously mummified dictator half buried in the Sinai desert of Sharm el Sheikh … Faint albeit, but crowing nevertheless, and timidly peeping from beneath a putrid fig leaf of capricious sense of embarrassment .

Hosni Mubarak is the name of what the world has dubbed “the Last Pharaoh of Egypt”. In Arabic, his first name literally translates into “Good Looking”. His last name translates into “One who is divinely blessed.” You can almost taste where I am going with this …  I know!

If we talk Pharaohs, we encounter a dilemma of sort when it comes to sequelae; and yeas, I am using the term here in its pathological implication. It appears that there is some sort of psycho-pathology to becoming Pharaoh of Egypt. We see that clearly in both ancient and modern Egypt despite the fact that there is a gap of two millenniums between the two civilizations.

In Ancient Egypt, the bardies and temple walls bespeak of the great Ramses II, Merinbetah I, Tuhottmuss III, Ahmoss I, and Hatshepsut and many more. They were all historical juggernauts in stature of function and scope of achievements for ancient Egypt. They were all haughty warriors, builders, and statesmen. But what the bardies and temple walls fail to tell us is whether their achievements were self-serving or for the service of their country. If we amalgamated Pharaoh and country into one entity, then it wouldn’t matter really, would it?

History and relics of the Old Dynasties, on the other hand, do tell a different story with no equivocation whatsoever. A brief glance onto the three great pyramids of Giza does leave us with a story so deep in meaning and parable. A Pharaoh who either orders, or allows or even accepts that his nation dedicates 20 years of its total national assets of human and financial resources to construct an edifice for him to be buried in is not a humble man by any long shot, much less building it for the glory of his country.

The last era of the New Dynasties brought about significant decay in the power hierarchy and social cohesion of Ancient Egypt. ... The military Might of the Middle Dynasties and the grand edifices of the Old Dynasties were no longer seen. Egypt, it seems, became old and tired. New blood had to be injected either from within or from without. It happens that it came from without.

Nectanebo II  …  The last True-Blood Egyptian Pharaoh was not all that great; at least his end suggests that he was not. Much like his father before him and many of his great fathers before them, he started out with great buildings; Edifices and Temples. But then those alone were not signs or greatness. To be great Pharaoh, he had to be tested in battle field Like Ramses, Tuhottmuss and Ahmoss, who were all tested, and left their marks on the temple walls and bardies with great legacies of highly successful battle field history.

Not so our “friend Nectanebo II”, who, upon hearing of the advancing imperial Persian army, gathered his belongings, his looted Egyptian wealth, and of course his harem, and much like Ben Ali, he told his people that he understood them and fled south to Ethiopia, which, at the time, was just another remote tropical retreat for the haughty, wealthy but deposed Pharaohs.

But that was around 350 BC … From that time onward all subsequent Pharaohs had either foreign or mixed Egyptian Blood with Persians like Quempis, Greeks like Ptolemy and the eight Cleopatras, Romans like Cleopatra’s  two sons from Caesar , and so on.

Alexander the Great would have made one of the greatest Pharaohs of all time on account of being a great builder and one of history’s greatest warriors. But fortunately for his legacy, he didn’t stay much in Egypt and left it to his great Lt. General:  Ptolemy I, who was wise enough to realize that he would never be Pharaoh unless he really became an Egyptian Pharaoh. To that end, he passed with flying colors, and so did his offspring. They all married into Egyptian Royals and became part of the Egyptian Royal Blood, the last of whom was Cleopatra VI, whom we fondly and  “Shakespeareously”  know as Cleopatra.

Cleopatra’s politics were far greater than her military skills. She had in her admiralty some of the greatest naval captains the high seas had ever known. But then again, she thought that with politics, she would not need to be grateful to her admirals. And thus she entrusted the great naval battle to a field General; Mark Antony who, not only was totally untrained in naval warfare, but also could not swim himself!

Mark Antony, being the great political Beau of the Queen Pharaoh of Egypt, became Pharaoh by sequelae, and dismissed the advice of the great admirals of Egypt and decided to build great ships befitting and resembling the luxury yacht of his queen … That was a great mistake, and was totally against the admiral’s strategic and tactical plan of the battle. But, he, after all, was Pharaoh by conjugal association, so who could tell him otherwise!

Rome then Byzantium ruled Egypt for a few centuries until the Islamic conquest in 639 whereupon Egypt became a part of the Islamic empire. Under Islamic Rule, Egyptian Pharaohnic history becomes impertinent so far as this reading is concerned. Islam brought along a novel concept and standards of modesty and humble souls for any would-be Pharaoh. ... The Pharaohnism phenomenon all but disappeared during much of Egypt history under different Islamic statehoods.

But the 1st decade of the 19th century ushered in the era of modern Egypt. Muhammad Ali Pasha had a very humble beginning. As the son of a tobacco tradesman, he inherited the profession which required extensive travel to and from Ankara, the HQ of the Ottoman Empire. No sooner that he saw the privileged life of  army officers than he joined the military school and served in Egypt after graduation.

His ascent to the seat of power in Egypt was really comical and reflects the humble status to which Egypt the old great civilization had descended to. From a humble beginning, Muhammad Ali Pasha became Pharaoh. But he was no ordinary Pharaoh. And no matter which version of history you prefer to read, Muhammad Ali, history says, built modern Egypt …

He was one of the great Pharaohs. He left a great legacy that indicates he was building a nation state. He had foreign blood in him and was ruthless with both aristocracy and peasantry of the population. He levied great and unbearable taxation. So unbearable that many a land owner had to give up the land to him, which he subsequently used to create a new land-owner aristocracy made up of foreign blood. But he was not looting the nation to fatten his pocketbook. His children were not as honorable or as great pharaohs as he was or would have wanted them to be.

The first decade of the second half of the 20th century witnessed the restoration of the full Egyptian blood to the Pharaohs of Egypt. After 2000 years of rule by other than 100% Egyptian blood, a True Nile blood came about… Also from a humble beginning. From lower middle class Egypt, the son of a postmaster ascended the tribune from which he restored the great name of Egypt to its proper place in history and geography.

Again, No matter which version of history you read, in Nasser, you will see the Pharaohnic phenomenon materializing. Humble beginning, great statesman, great builder, but in the battle field, he failed miserably. Yet when he died, the entire nation could not have possibly dreamt a more horrific and grim nightmare. Once they came to from the daze of their shock, they flooded the streets in tens of millions crying and sobbing with pain emanating from deep down in their souls. The world, history tells us, has witnessed the greatest funeral  in human history.

He was a humble Pharaoh who came from a humble status and restored to Egypt its great stature, and died with no more money in his pocket than he had come to power with. Asked to say a word in his obituary, Charles De Gaul said: “Nasser was one of the world’s Greatest Five Statesmen who, when one of them talked, the rest listened; Kennedy, Khrushchev, Nehru, Nasser and … I … !

By Contrast, the greatest Funeral in human history in terms of masses of humanity and the cries for the death of a beloved Pharaoh was matched only by the greatest crowds that went out in horror thinking that their despised Pharaoh was never going to comfort their tired eyes by disappearing from their life and sight.

Hosni Mubarak, the last Pharaoh also came from a very humble status, but once on the throne, the Pharaohnic nature overtook him. Only this time, took him to a status of hate, scorn and despise. He ascended the throne penniless, and was forced out with a looted wealth that the whole world could not agree on how to count, much less find.

A Suspect Minister of Interior or Remnant of a Criminal System?

Sweeping Changes in the Structure of the
Police Apparatus is Imperative

Time For a Civilian Justice To
Head the Ministry of Interior

Acting Minister of Interior’s stark and scandalous defense of the police crimes against civilians during the revolution is ambiguous to say the least. During the latest cabinet meeting, irresponsible  statements came out of his mouth that should not go unquestioned.

An interim minister of interior who is expected to be the catalyst force for laying the foundation of an overall spring cleaning of State police system is vehemently and reprehensibly denying police involvement in the murder and severe injuries of close to 6000 peaceful protestors. Astoundingly he is also denying that there are any activists of the revolution still in his prisons.

Is this man too dumb to know that there are hundreds of civilians arrested during the uprising still in his state security prisons? … We do know that he had transferred close to 300 of them from city state prisons to the remote desert detention facility in the New Valley region south west of Cairo. We also know that those were the injured cases, keeping them from the limelight so that he keeps the public in the dark about their condition. And if he knows, and we are absolutely positive that he does, then he is a criminal thug; a remnant of the criminal regime. What’s he doing in the transitional cabinet? Why is he not in prison with his master, Habib el Addley?

We are fully aware of the limitations and lack of experience of the military members of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces. We are also aware that they are in dire need for somebody to manage the state police system during the transition period, but this is a crime in the making. To allow the coyote to guard the chicken coop is a crime against the chickens and the dignity of the coop.

His reprehensible attempt to absolve the state security police of the crimes perpetrated against civilians during the revolution indicates that we are dealing with a criminal remnant of a criminal regime. This may be viewed as a deliberate wedge in the cabinet in order that the old repressive state security system can be reprieved and allowed to recover and flourish afresh.

What is really provoking, let alone insulting, is this thug disguised in the cloak of chief police administrator comes out with moronic statements purporting that those who sniper-shot civilians were unknown foreign elements who didn’t even speak Arabic. Their function, he said, was to disrupt the security and harmony of the nation! … Is this man so severely mentally defective or is he just a good old police thug?

There are so many signs of mysterious events with question marks that have accompanied his appearance on the scene as minister of interior in the interim cabinet. There is an irrefutable evidence alluding to the disappearance of massive volume of documents. Torching an entire section of the ministry of interior which happens to be the archival section is another evidence. These are not coincidences, they are deliberate and obvious attempts to destroy damning evidence to spare the old cronies from getting indicted and prosecuted for their crimes against the people during the past 30 years.

Certain truths are still self-evident attesting to the lack of any fundamental and real changes in the Egyptian police system. we are not talking about Traffic Police or public utility protection police, we are talking about the state security police; the horrific state institution which in the past 30 years has terrorized the public, tortured detainees  and murdered those who dared to stand up to them.

This apparatus is the most visible sign of the despotic police state of the deposed regime. The putrid mummified-but-still-kicking pharaoh can still be seen in this reprehensible apparatus. It must be dismantled and burned in Hell. … This man; remnant of the criminal system of a wanton police state must be arrested and prosecuted with his master, Habib el Addley, who is now lying in prison awaiting his turn.

The entire nation; people, expert observers, and analysts have unanimously voiced their opinion, quietly sometimes and vociferously most of the time for a Civilian to head the ministry of interior. Whether during the transitional period or subsequent to the presidential election, it is an imperative.

A civilian Law Maker, perhaps a prominent Constitutional or Administrative Justice might just be what Egypt needs right now, in the immediate future and for all time thereafter to head the Top Boss job of the the state Ministry of Interior.

And while many voices are calling for the  state security apparatus to remain, being a vital national security institution on the same scope and spectrum of operation as Britain's Scotland Yard or the American FBI, it should   not elude anybody's attention that the top boss job for those two mentioned models is always held by a civilian prominent judge.

Experience in the administration of specialized and powerful state security government bodies must be cultured in a civilian environment.

The Supreme Military Council will be most competent, realizing early on how imperative and vital this step is to both the revolution and to the future health of the nation ... How the nation will recover from past egregious police criminal excesses will be determined by how sensitive  the government is to people's perception of who represents the police at both the top and popular levels.

Quick and sweeping investigation of criminal excesses, followed by the arrest, indictment of all guilty parties is a Must.  Successful and effective prosecution and appropriate, not token, punishments will be the watershed by which line, Egypt will view how any new government respects and regards its people.

A future government's failure to give this extremely sensitive issue its full and unwavering attention, justice and fairness shall not be a portion of its people's judgment. A future government of Egypt that will fail the test of people's judgment shall be condemned into the Rubbish Bin of  history with vengeance and derision, then Scorn and Contempt.

SECRETS OF MUBARAK - TANTAWI ENTERPRISES AN INSIGHT INTO THE ART OF LOOTING EGYPT

Tantawi is a common quantity in the equation of corruption and national pillage that was the hallmark of the ousted regime.

Compared to the Magnitude of the Crime
Perpetrated Against the Lives of the People and
the Dignity of the Nation, it is Too Little, Too Late

Now that the Revolution has been largely mitigated, and any fear of free-speech retribution has been practically expunged out of Egypt’s political lexicon, we should be able to contemplate the grim untold story.Publish Post

Muhammad Haykal and Fahmi Howaydi have chosen to  hint without saying it out loud; that, as a result of the Camp David agreement, Egypt is not a sovereign master over its own dominion. They went further by asserting that Egypt's sovereignty was further compromised by the Mubarak’s treasonous wholesale of the nation's independence in order that he might win Israel’s support in his quest for appeasing his masters in the White House to turn a blind eye on the wholesale loot of Egypt and his family's hold on the national seat of power.

Haykal spoke of hidden foreign overlords present on Egyptian land. During the revolution, I posted an article here presenting evidence from the US of the presence of RDF (Rapid Deployment Forces) on Egyptian Soil under the auspices of US Embassy diplomatic credentials and disguised as Peace Keeping Forces dictated by the Camp David Accords.

The only other similar presence of disguised forces of this size and scope can only be found in banana republics and desert Sheikdoms. Those forces are deployed tactically and strategically for mobilization on the ready to assist Israel by disrupting the most sensitive National institutions and utilities in Sinai in order that they may  put the brakes on any event that might undermine the security of Israel, while giving Israel the needed time to mobilize and retake the Sinai.

The 1967 experience, says an Israeli Zionist researcher in the Carnegie Foundation, (a US Zionist-Jew think tank) has given Israel a valuable lesson; that is the Sinai should never be used to stage an attack against Israel ever again. The Camp David agreement, therefore, made sure that any US Forces on the Sinai must never be removed under any circumstances ... It is naive to be led  into believing that either Sadat or Mubarak has liberated the Sinai and restored Egyptian sovereignty back to it; Not Totally, and not honorably. No wonder then that the people are demanding the repeal of the agreement or at least amending it to restore full sovereignty back to Egypt

Der Spiegel had a lengthy article on the secret group operating in a basement room in the White House which directs the events in Egypt through a 24-hour open  Audio-Video Conference  on a hot  broadband service line. Handlers are available during official business hours on both Time Zones in Egypt and the US.

Der Spiegel claimed that all decisions of the Supreme Military Council regarding Mubarak and the new cabinet had been dispatched to the White House Team for approval before promulgation to the Egyptian Public.

Obama unequivocally pointed out to the Supreme Military Council in an open press conference the steps that his administration expected for the slow and gradual process of an orderly transfer of power (election, parliamentary or presidential) so that they could ensure that no Islamist group will ascend to power before analysts and advisers in the US have studied them thoroughly. This includes the current transitional government and subsequent modification to its structure.

Haykal spoke of a Nation whose institutional laws were custom-tailored to legalize corruption and facilitate the wholesale loot of Egypt’s national assets on a scale never seen before. … The degree to which this institutionalized financial Loot raped the nation prompted experts in the  American Enterprise Institute A Research Center for Strategic Studies) to state that the financial assets alone smuggled out of Egypt to US banks were in excess of Double the GDP in Power Purchase Parity; that is the equivalent of $1.4 Trillion US Dollars over the past 30 years and the Total National Assets Pillaged by Cronies of the Regime may exceed $2.8 Trillion US Dollars ... This is an astounding revelation and quite unfathomable for an economy barely one twentieth of the size of the US economy.

The institutionalized financial rape of the nation took many forms, and I am certain that there is not one Egyptian who doesn’t know how the public sector that was built during the two economic plans of the Nasser’s era, and which had achieved an unprecedented sustained 9% economic growth for the nation while at the same time meeting extremely costly national security challenges on several theaters simultaneously, was dismantled and raped by the regime in what may have been the greatest robbery of national assets in the history of the world.

To ensure this, the regime of the despotic dictator, with the aid of some of the worst legal and administrative charlatans in the country, laid down the plan of the systemic annihilation of Egypt’s entire cadre of competent, Able and Honest men and women who could pose a threat to the severely defective and incompetent political structure.

The most capable of the nation's judges, administrators and managers in whom they saw integrity, competency and honesty were purged systemically, and their positions were filled with the worst and most corrupt elements from among the regime's cronies and parasites.

Administrative laws were devised to legalize the systematic loot of the nation. All political and financial corruption was institutionalized and was written into the law to circumvent the legal problems arising from theft on a grand scale in broad day light.

It was not uncommon to find out that thousands of public sector's holding companies would show massive net losses, yet their top executives would be    hording millions upon millions of dollars annually in productivity bonuses without raising any questions what soever. The loot was made legal, and the justifying grounds, regardless of performance or lack of any productivity, were made into law.

The World Bank and the IMF (US Zionist Organizations) made sure that Egypt's national assets were dismantled and torn into privately owned for-profit pieces. The few chosen charlatans from within the government were given loans at exorbitant usury, and strategically targeted and chosen foreign investors were accorded free season on Egypt's very essence of existence. The assets changed hands from the people to the thieves at a fraction of their real values.

Egypt, in other words, was disemboweled and placed into financial bondage and servitude to the Zionist Jew bankers of the West with debts totaling double the GNP of the nation. The debt service cost alone devours 30% of the nation's annual productivity. This attrition, by design, is the standard practice of the Zionist Jew banker who acts as the agent of the US Imperial and Imperious power.

The Central Bureau of Accountability had consistently reported massive internal frauds in the public sector resulting from the institutionalized theft by CEO’s.  It pointed out to an unsustainable wage policy that had laid bare its ugly face on the nation. The systemic pillage by the higher echelon made the ratio of the highest and lowest wages 1 to 200,000, … that is one to two hundred thousand.

When this egregious disparity became of foul smell, governors of the nation’s administrative and supervisory agencies such as the Central Bank, the Accountability Office, and Office of the Administrative Inspector General were hired as consultants on the books only to the offending ministries to cover up and turn a blind eye on the books for the broad daylight loot. Drawing cosmic salaries even by the standards of top level Wall Street Banking, they acquired vested interest in becoming custodians of the national pillage.

The nation's largest and most profitable banks, which had financed and maintained one of the largest public sectors in the world had been looted dry by cronies of the regime who invariably obtained massive unsecured loans to the tunes of several billions each under the guise of financing fraudulent and bogus projects, then took the cash, transferred it to off shore secret bank accounts and bolted on luxurious private business jets bought and paid for out of the Loot.

Public land and super luxurious investment properties constructed on the most expensive and most coveted areas in the nation, on a scale that reached 50% of the total planned-for-development land area of the country were reduced to being privileged largess to be bequeathed to to the parasites and cronies of the regime in national occasions and in the forms of bribes of gratitude for mutual favors in the process of peddling the nation's assets between each other.

By encoding the process of bestowment into laws and placing them in the hands of corrupt looting ministers and members of the Mubarak’s family, they have raped the very crust of the Earth on which the nation lies. The degree to which this Institutionalized public land loot had encompassed was described by the International Transparency Organization as unprecedented, in scale and scope, in the entire history of the organization’s members’ track record.

The old crone herself; Mubarak’s wife, Suzanne (Dubbed by Egyptians Suzette Antoinette after Marie Antoinette of France), had absolutely no loyalty to nation or country, surrounded herself with an entourage of leaches, parasites and servile men and women who were only ready, willing and very happy to bow down and kiss her hand, and do her bidding at the slightest motion of her finger. Those men and women filled the corridors of Egypt’s preeminent ministries...

Bogus private charity organizations were concocted bearing the name of Egypt headed by her and her alone were instituted, and donation calls to fund them were sent worldwide. All donations were placed in privately held secret Swiss bank accounts. She and she alone had the power to disburse any funds.

To this day, nobody knows anything about those accounts, and the Military Council has ambiguously refused to act on calls for investigations.  Only time will show how much institutionalized financial rape this Old Crone has perpetrated on the honor of the people and the dignity of the nation.

The director of Egypt’s Archive of Antiquities has given a public interview in which he disclosed that the nefariously rapacious woman had sold and ordered the dispatch of an entire Jumbo-Jet full of priceless antiquities to an Arab Oil Sheikh on one of Egypt Air Boeing 747 cargo Super airliners.  The head of Egypt Air cargo Division has not been allowed to answer Prosecutor General's calls for inquiry, and nobody knows why?

What she received for the stolen antiquities on only one of those flights was 2 Billion US Dollars, by the testimony of Director of Archives of Egyptian Antiquities. An Investigation was subsequently initiated but has mysteriously been blocked for the past seven years (even now still blocked) by his testimony on US public television (PBS.)

The armed forces were the anchor upon which the security of the regime had rested. At one time, the army’s field Marshal, Abu Gazala, who was a war hero, challenged Mubarak by declaring that he was running for presidential election. Mubarak could not stand the notion. Apart from fearing  the certainty of his opponent's prevailing in a free election, he considered it to be an extreme insult to his ego for anyone to run against him for the top boss job; apparently seen by the Old Crone as a family owned seat, and no precedence should ever be allowed.

To ensure his neutrality, the Regime granted the armed forces the right to establish a commercial enterprise as part of the military institution’s Corps of Engineers. In other words, Mubarak had placated the armed forces by giving them a part of the financial pie, estimated by US experts as totaling 25% of Egypt's GDP ... This was exploited in exactly the same manner as in the civil institutions ... This is the undeclared reason behind the military's stance to protect the Biggest henchmen of the decrepit regime.

The late Field Marshall Abu Ghazzalah trotted the world on an expensive private business jet to inspect his private investments in Europe and the United States (estimated by western sources to exceed $500 Million US at the time of his death 20 years ago (Source: NYT) ...

Weapons purchase transactions were taken out of the control of the parliament and made executable by presidential edicts only. Mubarak's commission from weapons sales to Egypt constituted the biggest loot that he extracted from the nation, and the biggest portion in the wealth that he profiteered out of the bread and butter of the people.

The Lucky field marshal who happened to be at the helm of the armed forces at any given time shared in some of those commissions. Tantawi held both positions of General Command and Minister of Defense & Military productions..

Marshal Tantawy is the oldest and longest serving Field Marshal in military history at 79 years of age. His basic salary as deputy prime minister is 3500 Egyptian pounds a month. His official and legal VIP pay and exclusive expenses are 3,215,000 (that's 3 million +) Egyptian pounds a month. Legal Bonuses from the construction projects carried out by the corps of engineers has been recorded on his financial integrity form for 2009 to be 15.6 Million Egyptian Pounds, approximately $2.8 million US Dollars ...

It does not require rocket science to figure out what the real amount looks like, but highly informed sources have told me that Field Marshall Tantawi is a Multi-Billionaire... it appears that this is all but pocket change compared with the gigantic amounts skimmed off the top in commissions and other secret privileged deals for the entire cadre of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces.

Marshal Tantawi's commissions from weapons and arms sales and purchase deals are state secret and have never been entered into any records, but estimated to be in excess of 500 million US Dollars over his tenure as minister of defense and arms production, a combined post that he had held before being promoted to deputy prime minister. And his commission from the construction of the Mubarak Stadium in Borg el Arab is estimated to exceed lb100 million Egy.   His Son was Gamal Mubarak's Right Hand and his personal business manager. His son's wealth is known to exceed LE 1 Billion but has also been estimated to exceed LE 3 Billion.

Now it is easy to understand why Field Marshal Tantawy has kept the entire cadre of presidential personnel in their offices in the presidential palace for months? And we now know why no order has been issued yet for the arrest of all the crooks and charlatans who had impersonated the roles of businessmen during the Mubarak’s regime and pillaged the nation's national assets? ...

Tantawi's financial file is as fraught with anomalies as any member of the decrepit regime. His early actions towards the revolution were ambiguous at best, and he has participated in policy meetings in which the issue of ordering the use of live ammunition against the demonstrators was discussed.

The Mubaraks and their cronies will eventually be arrested and tried, that's for sure. But Tantawi certainly has a lot to worry about in the event he is forced to respond to enormous public pressure for open trials, and will allow it only under massive popular pressure.  But don't hold your breath too long expecting sweeping trials for everything they did. The trials will be limited in scope and most likely restricted to trivial legal matters.

However, it is almost absolutely certain that Tantawi will remain in power until Mubarak's farcical trial has ended in acquittal.  Tried, they will be, but under standards that would be intended for show rather than instituting true justice by revolutionary standards. Avenging all the crimes they perpetrated and recovering the loot they pocketed and smuggled to foreign safe havens, is more of a wishful thinking than a goal to achieve. This is not a speculation, but a concrete fact that all of Egypt shall have to grapple with.

Tantawi will vigorously resist any attempt to force revolutionary trials for sadism, national loot and corruption  unless public pressure mounts so high that the nation's stability is threatened, and that is unlikely and a continued uprising will show the ugly face of Tantawi and his council of Junta.

He will distance himself from any and all trials and leave the entire proceedings to appear as if under the office of the Attorney General and affiliated Personal Gains Accountability Office to apply strict standards of civil trial proceedings, which will almost certainly ensure either exoneration for lack of evidence, or proceedings so protracted that will eventually loose public interest and amount to no real justice.

We will, therefore, soon end up looking at top mafia bosses behind bars. We may subsequently see public trials on TV. But such proceedings would be intended to placate  public anger and allay public concern for conspiracy at the top military level. Yet the deliberate delay for action after the revolution had given the culprits the golden opportunity they needed to destroy or hide all the evidence needed for successful civil prosecutions.

Tantawy is a common quantity in the equation of corruption and national pillage that was the hallmark of the ousted regime. Now that he is at the helm of absolute power, it would be natural to expect that his first and foremost concern would be the protection and preservation of their vested interest.

The entire nation must open their eyes and be aware that Tantawi is the uniformed copy of the corrupt civilian cronies who hold the nation's resources in their pockets. Their vested interest is his vested interest. It would, therefore, not be a form of paranoia to fear for the future of the nation in the event their vested interest encountered severe threats from the public or the burgeoning revolutionary institutions. Illegitimate and Despotic Powers, history has taught us, would not hesitate in carrying out scorched-earth policy to safeguard their vested interest and seat of power.

This is a symbiotic relationship made in Hell. All those charlatans, civilians or uniformed are nothing but wolves in sheep's wool. They have given themselves ample opportunity to make the loot disappear. Handing the mantle of power to civilians will not be easy and will not be smooth. They will make sure that future civilian power will be stripped of any jurisdiction over them. Expunging the names of potential threats by attrition will be the hallmark of their disguised political legerdemain.

So much time was wasted and so many smoking guns were buried. Some of the truth will eventually surface, but compared to the magnitude of the crime perpetrated against the lives of the people and the dignity and future of the nation, it will be too little and too late!

And in the end, Egypt's 7000 year old tradition of worshiping their Pharaohs will make it difficult to see anything other than the Pharaoh and High-Priests take their power and fearsome reputation along with them wherever they go; be it as it may, to trial, to prison, or to grave.
